megane mk1 door is hard to open

hi, my never ending list of problems is growing and im tackling them one at a time but this one is really annoying me,
to open the drivers door on my cabriolet i need to push the door inwards with my knee while i pull the handle.
i would normaly adjust the catch of striker.. but neither have adjustment on this car!!
what can i do to cure this?

Re: megane mk1 door is hard to open

On my megane mk1, 5 door the striker does have a little play try loosening it upto just before it comes off and move it.
