Renault Scenic RX4 - Door Pillar/Hinge Fractured

hi, don't know if this is a common problem. the bodywork around the bottom door hinge , driver's door, has fractured. passenger door side flexes when opening the door, seem very weak. car is renault scenicRX4.

Sounds very much like the hinges have seized. Ideally you'll need to drive the hinge pins out for a clean-up. And then try and get the fractures welded.
