05 Grand Scenic rear door trim

Hello folks!

I have a rear door trim that needs replacing. It has somehow become bent and keeps catching on the drivers door trim making an almighty noise and is very anoying.
The trim in now kinked so i don't think sticking it back down would be a decent solution.

Has anyone removed one before? I would be interested to know how to remove it, is it just stuck on, clipped on or screwed on from the inside of the door?

Re: 05 Grand Scenic rear door trim

I honestly don't know if youir trim it stuck on or held by clips but you could try the old body basher trick. When in doubt they slide a piece of fine nylon fishing line down between the trim and the body work and using a see-sawing action workl it along the length of the strip. It is stuck on with adhesive it will come loose if not then its clipped.
