Question My Clio side mirror is off its hinge

Hi everyone,
This is the first time on the Forum.
I have a Clio from 2003, 3 doors, 16v, extreme 1.2 petrol.
The passenger side mirror has came off its hinge, I am not sure if it is broken or not. How can I tell? Is there a way / trick i can use to try to fit back myself?
Many thanks.

Re: My Clio side mirror is off its hinge

They don't just fall off the hinge unfortunately, it sounds like somebody has smacked and broke it. Replacement isn't a hard job, usually just a case of removing the trim on the inner side of the door and 2 or 3 securing bolts (also an electrical connection if leccy mirrors). If you are not confident of doing the job yourself any garage can do it in approx 30 mins. Manual mirrors are approx 30-35, leccy ones 50-55.
