Under Bonnet Soundproofing Removal

Hi all,

I need to get to the windscreen washer jets on the bonnet but need to remove the soundproofing material to get at them. This is fixed by plastic plugs but not sure how to get them out without using brute force. Is there a simple way?

The car is a 1998 Renault Megane Scenic RT Alize 1.6 Petrol.

Appreciate any help

It's quite common for the clips to break so be prepared to either tape it back into place or get a few spare clips.
