Clio MkII Window seal coming off

Hi All, first post after scouring the forums for a solution!

Iv got a clio MKII 52 reg, and recently when i have come back to the car either after leaving it overnight, or afer work, the windscreen is completely misted up. Sometimes it is so bad that the windscreen is dripping wet.

I have noticed that the seal on the passenger side, top left of the windscreen has come away and can be pulled back. Is water getting in through here, or colder air casuing condensation?

I know clios have a fault with leaking sunroofs, but i have taken the roof out and checked the drain holes and these both seem fine - the water travels down and out behind the front wheels, albiet not out of the designated little holes.

Any ideas as its driving me mad!
