they are pretty easy to fit...
just need crimp clips for the bottom and self tapping type screws.
go hunt a pair down in a breakers yard, new OEM ones will set you back over £65
they shouldnt really come off unless you have been driving off road at speed. or havent been properly secured and regularly checked, some screws can come loose from vibration(mostly on the wheel arch liners screws)
