clio 2010 headlamp bulb change

I've looked in vain for a definitive guide on how to change headlamp bulbs on a mark 3 Clio. Someone has managed to do this WITHOUT removing the bumper, but the consensus seems to be that the bumper needs to come off, however i cant see whats involved, any ideas, pics would be great, strikes me that this could be on the FAQ, or a sticky ?,
