hi, go to a scrapay for the the barrels, my girfriends megane had the exact same fault, theres little cams on the back of the locks and they wear away causing the barrel to spin in the door, cost us 15 for 2 , the only downside is that you have 2 keys, one for the doors and one for starting.

hope this helps you in some way and good luck

I got both door locks with the clips which hold em in from the back, boot lock, fuel filler cap in the right colour (got lucky, didn't even think to ask what colour it was) and ignition barrell all for £15 from a local breakers after a break in.
With the exception of the ignition barrell which I haven't gotten around to changing because the clip which holds it in is broken on the current one and won't release, all very easy to change, especially with the aid of the Haynes manual. The result is if I get the ignition barrell changed and working (I'm pretty lazy) only one key! Of course now I've fitted central locking and an alarm I don't use the door or boot lock anyways! Figures.
In my opinion the haynes is worth getting. You'll be servicing and taking your car apart in no time

Hope that helps!
