Question Renault Megane 2002 (old shape)

Dear All,

I need a little bit of help with my megane - I am going to do a bit of a repair job on it and need some expert help - I appreciate this may be a lot of work for someone!!

I have been involved with in a bump today and have damaged my megane. I need to firstly replace the o/s headlight unit, which i have ordered and will be done this week.

On top of that, I need to replace the bumper, bonnett and o/s wing.

I can do the headalamp no problem, but I really have no idea where to start in taking the other parts off (bumper, wing and bonnet) and fixing the new parts.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Kind Regards

Re: Renault Megane 2002 (old shape)

It should all be straight forward as long as you can find all the screws, bonnet is nothing, disconnect the window washer hose, take out the bolts and youre done, an extra pair of hands will help alot to remove and replace the bonnet.

you have to take the bumper off before the wing, first take out the plastic wheel arc liners on both sides, then all you need is find the screws for the bumper, if yours have fog lights, you need to disconnect their wires.

with the bumper off, remove the wing, there is some screws hidden in the wheel arch under some anti rust coating.
