G3 Glasscoat

I'm sure this would of been asked before but is the G3 Glasscoat a worth while investment?

Re: G3 Glasscoat

Don't waste your money! Really - save the £300 and give the car a couple of good coats of wax. If the bug splats are a problem you can clean it all down, use a light cutting cleaner, then re wax it. MUCH better.

I took a newish Scenic with G3Glasscoat down to Southern Spain and back and the bug splats ruined the finish. Complained to the dealer but they never got it back to clean and shiny.

Then later t'other half put some plant pots wrapped in newspaper on the rear seats. Saw the dampness and wiped it down. When the freezing weather arrived the Glasscoated seat areas where the pots had sat went all milky white.

They are pretty nasty cars anyway, so I got rid of it...

Re: G3 Glasscoat

NO, it,s just a scam for the dealer to make extra cash !

It would take you a day and cost around £30 to do it yourself
following these instructions...........

A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
