Hi, does anyone know where to rent a booth for the day (Glasgow or surrounding areas). I need to paint the sills, door bottoms and front and rear lower valances, maybe even for 3 or 4 hours. Any help is greatly appreciated guys.

Re: Spray Paint Premises???

Helo n wellcome.

Check your local auto sprayer/crash repair guys.
If its a local 1 man /part time operation it might be a slow week and might let you use the facilities.

My local repair guy would Im sure do that ,if I was really pushed about diy painting.

If you have everything prepared already and its just top coat and/or laquer it wouldnt hurt to enquire how much of a price difference there would be between renting the booth/facilities and getting him to do it

Re: Spray Paint Premises???

Hi there and welcome.

TBH, a double garage space would probably provide enough enclosure and shelter to work in.

However, as you can see from this thread, good results can be achieved without; new paint job

I have a double garage at home which I use, but it might be a bit of a distance for you (postcode KA11 4EJ).

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
