Scenic window regulators and rewiring pulley

Does anyone have an easy way of changing an old type rear regulator window clip I am finding it very hard to get the old clip off as the wires have so much tension in them is there an easy way to remove and refit an upgraded one. Also has anyone a diagram of how to rewire the rear regulator as there are 2 lengths of wire. My clip broke but the wires are fine but need put back on the electric black pulley wheel.
