Trafic front wing replacement

I have a 2002 Trafic with a dented front wing and damaged bumper/headlight. I'm looking to buy and replace the parts myself.
How easy is it to remove and replace the front offside wing, apart from the Torx screwdriver do I require any other special tools for the job? And are there any other latches/clips etc to remove beforehand to free the wing.
Any help appreciated.

Re: Trafic front wing replacement

Hi there.

I haven't had to do this on a Trafic, but have done this one other vehicles.

The best advice I can offer is to closely examine the replacement parts, as they will indicate where the fittings are located, and (just as importantly), what type of fittings are used.

I would suspect that the wheelarch liner and grille will need removal. Then when fitting, it'll be most likely wing/headlight/bumper/grille/wheelarch liner & wheel.

P.S. can I ask what damage the bumper has sustained? (a pic if possible, please), as they can often be repaired.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
