Megane Cabrio - Lumpy Window Scrapers

When I recently bought my 2001 cabrio I noticed it had lumpy window scrapers - the rubber trims at the tops of the doors and rear quarter lights. I've not taken them off, but reckon the metal clips/mounts inside the rubber have corroded.

Does anyone know if there's an after market supplier of these parts?
