Condensation in Rear LED Clusters - Laguna Coupe

Not sure if this is the right place to post this query?

Anyway, Ever since I've owned the car (2011 - 2010 plate), I've noticed some condensation in the rear led clusters. It comes and goes depending on the weather, a temperature thing I assume?
I had the car taken in to the dealers today to get a jet fitted on the H/L washer, and asked them to take a look. Got a call saying they'd spoken to Renault and it was normal(?), due to the LEDs not being hot like a bulb, I'm an engineer and don't really buy that reason.
I had a quick scoot round the web and some other forums (not Renault) seem to suggest it is normal.
Does anyone have a view on this? As I've said, it comes and goes and doesn't really bother me, but as my warranty ends in July, I'd like to get it fixed if it is a defect.

Condensation is usually due to damp getting in.

Are there any signs of moisture in the boot or near the rear light clusters.

In my Scenic II manual it says condensation is normal in light clusters and headlights due to temp in and out of the lenses ...something or other ( raining so i wont check , lol ). But it deff said it is normal.

All ambient air contains some moisture / humidity, and this will vary according to the temperature or the air, and the lens.

If the lenses were leaking, then, in fairness - the water would be present constantly and worsening after a rainfall/car wash.

I'm presuming that isn't the case?

Hopefully another owner can give a second opinion
