Right here you go, turn on what ever you have to and adjust the lights full down to get the little shaft in the adjuster full out the thing the end locks into is open at the top so enter the adjuster shaft pointing up and then move it down and it will go into place then the adjuster its self goes in and turn it to lock, if the thing it goes into is too far in remove one of the rubber bungs behind the lights and pull the reflector up, fiddly but it works.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?

many thanks for the detailed description, will have a go over the weekend, just have to tell the breadknife I'm doing something else, otherwise I will face her wrath. LOL.
