Clio fog lights

Just a little thing. I need a nearside foglight blanking plate for 1999 Mk2 Clio in dark blue. I think it just clips in.
Better still does anyone know if the Clio 1.2 Grande RN 1999 is prewired for front foglights? Can anyone help?

The wiring may be there, but that doesn't mean that it's correctly connected to the rest of the car, or that all the fuses and relays are present. It sounds straightforward enough (just plug in the lamps, change the indicator stalk and maybe fit a relay) but that may not be the case.

Click the link for a thread about retro-fitting fog lights to a Laguna. It was far from straightforward.
