At a rough guess, I'd suggest that both rear wheels would be removed to allow the liners to be removed - this would allow access to some bolts/fixings.
Your simplest solution would be to look closely at the replacement bumper - it will indicate the location & type of fixing used on the bumper already on the car. This will allow you to proceed in confidence without dismantling the rear-end completely.
I'd suggest getting a help to hold it in place whilst fitting & aligning it.
