Laguna 2 estate wiper linkage siezed

I am trying to remove the siezed linkage on the rear of my laguna 2 estate 2002.

The nut is rusted on, have tried halfords shock release agent, still seems very tight, frightened that the glass is going to crack.

Can these linkages be salvaged? if so Id like to replace the plastic washer and nut cover as thse are split, but not sure of the proper description and where i can get them

Re: Laguna 2 estate wiper linkage siezed

One member resorted to cutting the nut off with a hack-saw blade another using a dremmel mini-grinder.
