Renault Kangoo - Unreasonable wear on door track

hello all.
the bottom guide-tracks for the sliding passenger doors on my 2 1/2 yr old kangoo are beginning to go a bit - the paint is blistered along where the roller runs, with some of it rusting now. well, as i was having these window seals changed as these were leaking(should stick with japanese i can hear my father say), i asked if they could have a look at, picked up the car. seals changed. ta muchly. but the nits tried to pass off the decaying tracks as "...grease, sir. he's wiped it off " grease, my . 'i know that's not grease, as i've checked it myself, and that's not a part where grease should be' i said.
so the chap behind the desk gets mechanic who looks at it with me. now acknowledges the corrosion, but says it's fair wear and tear, renault won't do it. (this is why i hate garages - full of people who think they're smarter than you)
well i think that's just sh*t. sounds more like 'not fit for purpose' to me. if renault can't make a track that lasts more than a couple of years then they shouldn't be in business.
also had some 'bubbles' on the rear arch paint-work. knew the as5-h*les would pass it off as stone-chips, and they did.
the futher-muckers.
still love my kangoo. just wish that renault had higher standards .
so, is there a renault-person out there who can verify that renault don't expect the tracks to last, and so won't cover them?

Rear door tracks

Hi, I have a November 2000 Kangoo and the paint flaked off the rear runners around 2 years ago, both sides however not completely. When the black gloss came off it left a dull black underneath. Mine are actually on the outside of the car not the bottom runners. If it's a help they never seem to get worse than this just don't look that good. Certainly no corrosion on them and they are nearly 7 years old now
