It's sure fire fail as it stands now.
I'd sell it if I were you and put any money towards something better.
Currently in lancs dave's garage:
Scenic 1.4ish 2002. Clio 1.2 2002. Thunderbird 885 1995, Suzuki Gsx600f 1989. Fazer 600 2002. Specialist cement mixer for proffessionals only, not yer average forum numpty. Your car is probably worth more than all that lot put together.

Hi from your pics it certainly looks like a mot fail.The corrosion is near suspension and seat belt anchorage points.

I'm actually surprised that it made it through its last MOT. The examiner must've been in a very generous mood. Don't forget your car can still be deemed as unsafe/dangerous/unroadworthy anytime after the MOT test has taken place so potentially plod still pull you up if they don't like the look of your car in its present state, or it could impact on an insurance claim should anything happen (hopefully not ).
