Question A leak from the front

Sorry might not be a body work question to start I thought this was the most reliant category but may be wrong. I have recently bought a clio it's an mk2 post 2000 and has water in each foot well building up each time it rains rust is scaring me although has not arrived yet! The plastic around the bottom under the windscreen is very lose this May not be relevant as I'm a complete armature at this. It's not the sunroof as thirst thought as that is bone dry and traced the water to the front of the car. Thanks in advance Danny.

Re: A leak from the front

Scuttle Drains Blocked is common fault.
There's a few threads on here about them.
Look in outside of bonnet scuttle area just below screen corners
