Hi dubtronics

As both motors are working we can rule out fuses and the like,
the problem i think will be down to the mechanics in each.

First the wiper..try looking to see if the nut on the end of the motor spindle is tight...these have been known to come loose and allow exactly your problem.

Next the window.... the motor moves the window up and down by a cable winding around a drum attached to the spindle, as you say the motor spins my guess is the cable has snapped, to check this the door card will have to be removed to gain access.

Hope this helps.

Have you taken the plastic shroud off the inside of the rear window and looked to see if the pin which slots into the motor is not broken and with the window open does the motor plastic rotor move?

A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
