water leaking in clio cup172

Hi everyone:

Hope u can help me, I own a 2002 clio cup172 and water is getting in from somewhere in driverside, i can hear the water sloshing up and down the side skirts as i accelerate and de-accelerate when it gets full it leaks into foot well ,

i have jacked it up as high as poss and pull mud flap forward on driver side and loads of water will come out but not all of it???????
With the weather at the mo im doing this twice a day?
When i open the door i can see the water in the gap between the wing and door pillar at front of door?
Please help people???

Hi Pugsy - sounds like the drainholes in the sill is blocked - they are hard to spot - they are two slits (quite narrow) in the lower seam - one front and one at the back. Maybe also worth checking out the sunroof drain pipes and the drains in the front scuttle panel
