removing exterior door handles megane

i need to take my exterior door handles off my megane does anyone how to do this? i have had the door panle off on the insided but can't get anywhere near it. if anyone knows all help will be appreciated

on the door above the lock mechanism there is a small round plastic grommet, black in colour, take this out, its a bit bigger than a five pence, shine a small torch inside and you will see a silver/brass coloured lever, stick a hook inside and pull the lever towards you, i use a bit of wire with a hook on the end, it might be a bit stiff, once the lever is pulled, the lock cover portion of the handle will come out, then grab the handle and pull it to the back of the car and it ill lever out towards you, sounds simpler than it is, once you've done the first one the rest are easy, the backs are slightly harder to get to but the same priciple.
