Sliding doors frozen shut

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the slliding door open on my Renault Master van when they have frozen shut? There'a a problem with the back doors (unrelated) so getting in that way isn't an option. I am a market trader, so up and about when it's still freezing and I need to be able to get into the van!

Re: Sliding doors frozen shut

Applyimg some form of heat is your only option to thaw if already frozen. To help prevent it happening again it may help to spray the rubber seals with a silcon libricant spray. If it's the internal locks which are forzen then you'll need to get inside the door to dry it out and then apply liberal amounts of the spray.
