New car...bumper damage..cost of repair??

Hi there...I'm looking to buy a second hand 2011 grand scenic but it is showing the attached damage to a bumper which the owner says was caused by reversing into a bollard. Does anyone have an estimate for roughly how much it might cost to repair please? Would it need a replacement bumper? How much does this cost? Could it be repaired without replacing bumper do you think?

Seeing you already have a photo you could email it to one or two of the SMART repairers advertised locally to you for an estimate.

Don't take without giving in return

The black marks close to the wheel looks like it would buff out with some 3m fast cut plus.
The other marks have been caused by the bumper being compressed against the mounting bracket, which would be extremely difficult to repair.

You 'could' haggle the cost of a new bumper and painting/fitting (circa 500 new), then buy a GB sticker and pocket the difference...
