Arabica beans are naturally lower in caffeine. Much better for you than decaf. My favourite is a Brazilian Arabica (Ristretto) first thing in the morning. Still enough caffeine to wake me up.

Low caffeine in espresso comes also from short brewing time.
If your heart is ok and /or you are really sleepy, try a French press
Just don't use boiling water, give it half a minute or more to calm down, then pour it over the coffee (quote roughly ground, 1/3 of a mm), stir it, cover and leave brewing for about 3 - 4 minutes. Then press and enjoy :D
