It certainly helps being nuts.

Well it is early

One of the most wonderful things in life is to wake up and enjoy a cuddle with somebody; unless you are in prison.

Re: Nylon Nuts, Split Washers or Adhesive

Dunno why you bovverred about nuts.
Seem to remember from my yoof, that most air horns were cable tied to whatever was handy in the engine bay.
Including the exhaust in the case of one of my mates but that didn't survive long.

One lad had a mini van and never locked it.
Had the habit of playing Colonel Bogey as he left the pub.
So we whipped out the set one night and set them up in the back.

Re: Nylon Nuts, Split Washers or Adhesive

Remember that the horn must emit a sound that is not strident. Look that one up

"the sound emitted by any horn, other than a reversing alarm or a two-tone horn, fitted to a wheeled vehicle first used on or after 1st August 1973 shall be continuous and uniform and not strident".

When I say "I WILL THINK ABOUT IT", I really mean that I don't know my wife's opinion yet.
