Is there not a piece of plastic, that needs clipping off, just under each headlight units, going from one side of the van to the other side..

One of the most wonderful things in life is to wake up and enjoy a cuddle with somebody; unless you are in prison.
Currently in ours2012's garage:
My Baby ( or the shed on wheels )Laguna 2 estate with 12 months MOT..

Had a guy on the phone tonight mentioning something similar, will take a look in morning

Those clips are released by pulling the grille panel outwards
As shown by the red arrows on a photo of my van.
