Clio Mk 2 rattle from front bumper

Last couple of days my clio has rattled quite a bit and the noise appears to come from the front bumper panel which does appear to have a bit of movement in it when 'wiggled'. Its fine on the motorway as the road surface is better.

Has anyone come across this before - how easy is it to check the fixings?

Thanks

Hi

any pics of what you mean? not sure what you mean

have a look on google, there are some good guides with pics, on how to remove them, will give you an idea of how they fit and where they are screwed

Re: Clio Mk 2 rattle from front bumper

Thanks MikeYip - I have found the problem now and its not the bumper

Some time ago I had problems with the car slipping into limp home mode - anyway it turned out to be the cover for the ecu wiring loom which was loose and had worn through a couple of wires and the cover was shorting it. Took it off - no more probs

However its the bottom part of the case that's rattling now for some reason- so need to find a way of fixing that!

Silicon?
Or a rubber pad?
Or a Self Tapper judiciously placed?
