Sunroof leaking through visors

Bought a nice clean 2004 Laguna privilege estate, I have just noticed that water is leaking from the sun visors - the light for the mirror. I've checked the stickys and an only find reference to water pooling in the footwells. Is it worth cleaning out the drain pipes or do I need a new sell for the full length sunroof.
Cheers all

Re: Sunroof leaking through visors

Would start by looking at the drainage channels ...unsure on location on Laguna estate but should be simple to locate ..give the seals a good clean at the same time

It is easier to take it apart than to put it back together

Re: Sunroof leaking through visors

there is a pipes hidden behind the each front wheel arch liner. seems to be a common place for the crap to build up.
just turn each wheel to gain more access to the torq screw and you should be able the wiggle the liner out enough to poke a screwdriver into the pipe end (it's got a cover on which seems to help collect dirt)
must have half a pint when I did mine - each side.
