To replace the panel you SHOULD still remove all the interior parts so I am thinking he was trying to milk some money from you

I must admit I had a look at removing it all and I couldn't work it out.. lol...
Seat should be easy
Trim panels can be awkward to find the clips but if you know where one is in a scrapyard (which you do) you can take a look and get an idea.
Whether the inner body panels allow enough access no idea but I have drilled holes through before to get to back of a dent.

Tbh he didn't want to do the job he said he didn't end of.. I have tried a couple of body shops and they have all said its not worth fixing as the cost of the panel new and then paint it etc totally out ways the car. And best thing I can do it live with it... but the last one I went to said about just get one off a scrap car and fix it to the car he said it aint hard to actually do but he don't do it cause it has way to much work load on and it take ages to clean the panel up etc. etc...

Ask about you may find someone working from home may take it on ...or strip interior see if you can gain access ...if you have never done a rear panel before I would not recommend doing it as the can be a pig to align ..unlike bolt on panels you get one shot and one shot only to get it right

Re: Rear Quater Panel Replacment !! Anyone done it

dancingdad.. I have another one out the front of mine that is a cat b write off as someone hit something and pushed the front wheel out. so I have a whole car. but it cant go back on the road. can only be used for parts. so taking one to bits aint a problem... OH yeah anyone need a 2.0 Turbo petrol parts I have some !!!

I feel the problem is pushing the side of the quarter out not the dent in the middle..
