Remove boot door panels- laguna

Hi, ok.. I was reversing my renault laguna 02 authentique and a lampost kinda snuck up on me and....whammmm!

I have a dent in my boot and im trying do a bit of body work myself, but i seem to be stuck on removing the panels inside the boot door.

any help I can get will be really appreciated.

Hi there.

Have a look for any plastic covers which clip over retaining bolts (usually around the edges of the trim), plus, there may be a torx bolt in where the inside handle is located (the bit you would use for pulling the tailgate shut).

Haven't done such work on your model of car - but that's where I'd start looking.

You may well have a few plastic pop-studs located around the trim, use gently applied force to release them, as they are intended for single-use only (but can be re-used if you are careful).
