drivers door

hello. my drivers door will not shut in frosty weather. the doors all open but when i close the drivers door it dos'nt seem to bite or catch on anything.after 20ish minuits it closes. i have had it in garage but it didnt freeze that knight so they couldent find problem. can anyone help. sorry if this is not in the right bit of forum cant work out were to post

Could be that water has got into the door mechanism or if it has been greased the grease hardens in the cold. I would suggest the door card be removed and the lock given a good shot of de-watering agent such as WD40 or the like.
I f this happens after unlocking the door after using the remote it could also be a lazy or sticking door lock solenoid.
