A £130 seems awfully cheap if they are all replacing the panel plus paint.

I would also try and get some feedback on any workshop that you intend using nobody advertises shoddy work price is not always of prime importance

Personally I can't even figure out how they could replace the complete panel and repaint for £350.
When you do the sums it just doesn't seem to add up.

Lets assume the panel and materials came to £130 (which I doubt would cover all that would be used)
That leaves £220 for 4 days labour which would come to 32 hours in time. That works out at £6-87 per hour. I can't see a decent company working for that nowadays. I would suspect the £2500 figure to be that of an insurance quote.

Have you asked any of these companies for a written quotation showing a breakdown of prices and materials

Also ask if the companies concerned are members of the VBRA (Vehicle Body Repairers Association)

Which shape Clio have you got DMH?.

I'm surprised how reasonable the cost of these panels are to be honest. They aren't complete rear quarters though,so that will make the job much cheaper.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
