ive tapped out the holes where the plastic clips used to hold the bumper on and fitted m8 bolts once they are painted black it wont be so noticable. other thing ive done is fitted a small block of wood painted black just under the rubber seal that goes around the boot, just to push the slight buckle downwards so the bumper doesnt rub the boot.

Hopefully thr other party will have a towbar shaped hole in their cars bumper

Nice job to get it back straight by the sounds of it stef - not ideal I can imagine! Cheeky b*****ds though for running off
