renault scenic-plastic fittings underneath the front???

Bear with me here....
We decided in our wisdom to drive our scenic onto the drive as opposed to reversing,(the birds are driving us crazy keep crapping on the bonnet!!)
all was fine until we reversed out...
the plastic underneath seems to have caught and now some of it is dangling down
we have managed to put most of it back, but it appears the tow hook thingy at the front of the bumper has come loose/off and this is the reason the other is hanging down!...(so much for avoiding the bird pooo!)

question is-
how do we get it all back?
looks like the previous owner stapled(yes stapled I am not joking),the tow hook plastic in its place on the bumper, now it has come off,
what do we use to put the plastic underneath back together?..there are holes but what do we use?

thanks in advance guys...

If it's like the Clio self taping screws.
that's what holds ours on.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?

If you find a fix for your problem please let us know it will help others.
