I take it you are not familiar with the set up on the Sport Tourer?

They are two separate units, the motor and the mechanism, the mechanism has a pin that slots into a receiver on the motor when you close the window, the motor is dead (I said that in the first post lol) and the mechanism is seized , but I'm managing to free it and I've found that the motor on a Hatchback is the same as the Tourer, they just use a different mount which you can swap over.

Could do that but it would cost me 60 and I'd still need a new mechanism lol
