Hi Tony - if you can get the rear cover of the headlamp try using a hairdryer on a low setting to dispel the condensation. Check all the seals are in good condition. To reduce the possibility of it recurring you could try inserting a small silica gel capsule or bag (similar to those used with camera equipment) inside - dont forget to tie a piece of string to it first and keep it to the rear of the lamp away from the hot bulb.
Thanks (madnoel10) for the hair dryer tip, so far it seems to have worked, although it took a couple of goes to clear completely. Did not bother with the sillica, keeping fingers crossed that it does nor reoccur.

Hi tony, only just caight up with your post as I have been working abroad. Anyway in answer to your question, although "normal" the Renault dealership changed the light completely, under the warranty.
Hi Vel, I had both my Espace IV headlamps changed under warranty for this problem ... 6mths later just came back ... to be fair it does mention it in the handbook, and it does clear up when the lamps are switched on ... but .....
Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
