I'm correct in presuming these front wings are plastic?
If so, you may be able to significantly improve them through the use of gentle heat.
Plastic has a 'memory' (i.e. it wants to regain its original shape), and if you remove the wheel & wheelarch liner, then gently warm the inside of the wing with a heat gun (or hairdrier would do), and whilst the plastic is more pliable, push back into the correct shape, then remove the heat & allow to cool (whilst keeping the pressure on) - it should re-set itself.
Naturally, I'm talking about gentle heat, building it up in stages, and using gentle pressure to push the dents out. I would also advise doing this one small area at a time.
You'll probably end up spending an hour-2 hours on this, but that's all you'll be spending.
You should get it 90% or more back into its original shape.
The scrapes look like they'd polish out with some compound (which I'd do first, that way you'll get a good reflective surface to work with).
