I went to do an oil change at the weekend, but had to give up as I could not get the blasted undertray off

4 of the six remaing bolts were just spinning, either the captive nuts had come adrift, or the tread is stripped.

Off to the garage later in the week to get them to use the airchisel!

Anyone else had issues?

Yes its quite common. The captive nut will have detached from the subframe.. Cut them of and then fit normal nuts/bolts.
