Scenic II windscreen rebonding

Hi i'm new here!
Just took my 07 Scenic in for its 36000 service and amongst other things that needed doing, the windscreen trim is coming away at the top passenger side corner. I asked for a quote to get this repaired and they came back with 105 plus vat. Obviously i told them to naff off, but what is the right stuff to use to rebond it myself? I figured with a bit of glue and a clamp i could do it myself. Is this a good idea?

Cheers for any help.

Re: Scenic II windscreen rebonding

There are adhesives out there that will probably stick the part in place - Tiger seal is one I know of. But if it needs removed at a later date it can be difficult.
It may be worth contacting a windscreen fitter who may be able to assist - they refit these parts on a daily basis.
