wobbly door mirror on a clio i music 2010

i have a renault clio i music 2010 plate the other day i folded the passager door mirror in .I placed the door mirror back and the glass fell out, so i placed the glass back and now the glass wobbles what could this be.

Has the glass got some plastic fixings on the rear or is is stuck with adhesive tape? Most use fixings these days, i suspect some of the tabs are broken which is why it fell out in the first place. (could have been hit by another vehicle)
