Where are the drainage holes ?

Once again I have a flood in the drivers footwell, but only happens when I park downhill. I just can not figure where it comes from but it's a good inch deep ! I've read about checking the drain plugs and channels, but where are they ?
Mine is a 1999 megane sport.

Any help very much appreciated...

Have a look under the scuttle panel under the windscreen. Lift the front edge and have a squint into the corners.
