Yep,either driveshaft noise or a worn wheel bearing....
Jack the front wheels up off the ground and spin them as fast as you can manually.You should be able to hear which side the rumble is coming from.If it's a bearing,the best thing to do is remove the hub assembly,then take it to a garage with a press and get them to put the new bearing in the hub for you,you can then re-fit it.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
