Re: Freeing Calipers

Chuffer will have some brake fluid soon. Isn't Dot 4 compatible with red diesel then?

Will report back. Clean up Tomorrow if not raining, hence soaking tonight.
a) It's not my caliper
b) It was in the diesel, straight after DD's post.
c) Not got that much brake fluid.
d) Don't want fluid in the slides, cos it sticks when it goes crystalline & as it's on a Hinckley Triumph, it doesn't seem to be dismantlable without wrecking the rubbers over the slides. Seal kits are available if the worst should happen. Unlike AFAIK car calipers.
Thank You gents.
