Remote shutting of windows is ONLY available with Renaults, including the Megane, but NOT the cc with one touch up windows. This feature is only made possible due to the one touch up operation. I don't know how to make my explanation any clearer.

The cc does NOT have one touch windows so does NOT have remote closure of windows.

The button to shut all windows together from inside is still not a one touch operation, you still have to press and hold the button. I don't know why this feature can't be added to the remote.
I think the main reasonis probably because the auto up feature has a built in "anti pinch detector" which automatically shuts off the motor when the windows get to the top or if too much resistance is felt. With the non auto up windows they will keep on going forever ( within reason), that is probably why, to avoid burning the motors out or damaging the seal if the remote/switch sticks on.
