scenic alarm fault dead!

we have come full circle with an intermittant alarm gremlin on our 02 dci scenic. the symptoms are as follows; either will or won't arm then will or won't disarm or lock/unlock doors. alarm will trigger itself, usually when it is dark and! when unlocking doors manually, car will start and run with the alarm sounding but then the alarm will stop ,maybe for a few miles and then sound again.when it is in sounding for no reason mode the interior light turns itself on and off! the car has been looked at by our local"main dealer" and also a alarm/auto sparks specialist neither of whom could find any faults. the strangest aspect of the whole episode is that it only seems to play up at home , suggesting some sort of external influence.various theories have been put forward, including wirelss pc networks & baby monitors etc but the only one that seems to be credible is interference from "tetra" communications masts(emergency services) but as far is we are aware the is not one in our immediate was also suggested that the alarm may be emitting signals itself as on one day two other vehicles (normally fault free)wouldn't arm when parked next to it and a neighbours bmw alarm sounded for no reason!! i am sure that we cannot be the only ones suffering a phantom alarm.short of calling in Derek Acorah can anyone else help? cheers.
